I did this custom for Baybayin.com’s participation on the Annual Pistahan Festival in San Francisco (Aug 13 - 14, 2011). They were holding a Filipino Themed Custom Toy show Entitled “Heritage and Heroes” and its pretty much the 1st Filipino themed custom toy show here in the US.
This Munny was inspired from the Philippine’s 1986 Edsa People Power Revolution which plays a big part in our country’s history. Its one of the occasions where the Filipino people stood as ONE to topple a dictator and claim freedom.
Made with a 4 inch Kidrobot Munny painted with acrylics. I tried to use some stencils on this one and it turned out great!

My Tarsier Suit Dunny
This was inspired from the Tarsier. Its the Smallest monkey in the world that you can only find in Bohol, Philippines. This monkey is a wildlife icon in the Philippines. Also i was inspired to do a dunny tariser because of Jomike Tejido’s Robotars figure.
Anime DunnyCustom 3” Dunny
I’ve always loved Anime because the artworks are awesome and the stories are deep. This is my tribute to this genre of art. I love the way anime girls have colored and layered hair which is always paired with big eyes. The hair on this dunny became a challenge for me, sculpting it and painting it. At the end it turned out to be fine haha. I also had fun doing the wooden slippers on this dunny. I wanted to make it real wood. All in all, it was a blast doing this custom.

Stitched Munny
Custom 4” Mini Munny
This was a long time project ( a month long), not that it was hard and tiring, but because pretty much I’m busy with work. I’ve been working at a fabric store for a couple of months now and its eating up my time, so I just made a custom munny about it. haha so here it is,.. my Stitched munny made up of most of our fabrics at our store.
This was also in time for the MunnyWorld 2011 contest at Kidrobot. So I submitted it and hopefully I’d win some stuff. so don’t forget to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE “LIKE” my custom at the MunnyWorld Contest here

[ my toy designs ]
Here’s that one I’ve been working on (on and off) for the past 3 weeks .
This is a Squid Kids Ink SQUIB Custom. I bought this DIY resin figure at the Designer Con 2010 and it took me long time to conceptualize its look. We’ll after months of planning,… nothing came to my mind, haha so basically the design just happened as I was painting it the whole time. I just wanted to make it simple, bold colors and bold lines, eventually it had a majestic theme kinda like it was the prince of the sea kinda thing,.. why? i dunno, recently I just started working at a Fabric Company and thought that leather would be great for customizing stuff, thus the crown was added. It was also my first time to paint on a resin figure and it was nice. I’m looking forward to buy some more of these resin figures and customize more.
you should check their site too! http://squidkidsink.com/
YFC X Munny
This is YCO. She’s a munny custom inspired by YFC Communications Event Heads, Program Directors, Stage Managers, Talents and YCOM members!
(she will be attending liveloud, make sure you’ll have a photo with her!)
Here’s my Hellboy custom 3” dunny! Even though there’s a lot of hellboy munny/dunny customs, I just wanted to do one to because I really love hellboy :) yay!

Max (Where the wild things are)
Inspired by the movie, i just thought that max would be great as a munny.
made from a 4” munny sculpted with sculpey oven baked clay and then painted with acrylics then matte varnish
This is RAM. He was hand sculpted from oven-baked clay than painted with acrylic paints and gloss. One of my first ever toy sculpts :) More to come!
Padu the Wood Warrior
This is my toy custom for a 4” Munnyworld “bub” figure. I wanted to do a panda because of the simplicity of being black and white. I added a wooden sword coz I always wanted to buy a wooden japanese samurai but never got one. So in fusing both desires this was the outcome.
Pilipinas Munny and Dunny
Finally i painted my 6” Munny! I was inspired to do a Munny figure (named Watawat) influenced by our Philippine flag. I also did a Dunny figure (named Banderitas) as his sidekick.
Astig! Apir!
This is my 3rd Munny World Design. His name is Rupi.
The base figure was a munnyworld raffy.
anyway, dont ask me why he’s pink, i just had pink markers.. haha thats why i realized i needed to get new colored paint markers.!
